baby sign language!!

jeremy and i have decided that we are going to teach xavier sign language. we are really excited about it and cant wait! i ordered a book from amazon to help us learn it and teach it to him. it doesnt seem very hard at all which is good because hopefully we will stick with it.

the plan is to learn it now (when we get the book) so by the time he is 6 months we would be pretty fluent in the signs and use them all the time so that he will pick up on it. that way he can tell us things before he can even talk. there has been a lot of success in people teaching their babies sign language and i hope that stands true for us! if everything goes well it will definitely relieve a lot of stress and frustration - and im looking forward to that. =)
